Following completion of my Higher Specialty Training in Ophthalmology in 2009, I completed two Fellowships at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and St. James’s University Hospital in Leeds in Eyelid, Lacrimal and Orbital Surgery.

Since February 2012 I have practiced as a Consultant Ophthalmologist specialising in Oculoplastics, Lacrimal and Orbital Surgery at St. James’s University Hospital in Leeds, which is one of the busiest Ophthalmology Units in the United Kingdom, with a catchment area of two million people.

I am also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Leeds University and an Honorary Consultant at York Hospital.

I have performed many oculoplastic procedures (eyelid tumor excision and reconstruction, upper and lower lid blepharoplasties, entropion and ectropion repair, ptosis surgery), lacrimal operations (external and endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy, canalicular trauma repair, by-pass tube insertion) and several complex orbital surgical procedures including tumour excision, orbital wall decompression, evisceration, enucleation and exenteration.
All my surgical procedures are audited and have been presented locally and internationally. I have over 40 peer reviewed publications.
