In certain cases, hematologic, biochemical and radiological tests may be required to rule out infections or autoimmune diseases.<\/p>\n<p>The clinical examination includes evaluation of the visual acuity, a slit-lamp examination and measurement of the intraocular pressure. In some cases, a fluorescein angiography is performed as well.
